So What Are You Waiting For?
So what are you waiting for? Are you waiting for a sign? Are you waiting for financial freedom? Are you waiting for your children to grow up? Are you waiting for a physical healing? Are you waiting for when you get older? Are you waiting for a loved one to come to know the Lord?
What are you waiting for?
When will you serve the Lord? I hear the Lord calling you, what are you waiting for?
Excuses, everyone has one, everyone has a reason which is keeping them from surrendering and serving the Lord.
When my husband goes to Church then I will go.
When my children grow up then I will serve the Lord.
When my finances get better then I will serve the Lord, after all right now I don’t have money for anything extra.
If, When? How?
These questions may never be answered and if you wait until they are you might have missed your greatest blessing.
The Lord is not asking for us to get everything in order and then go to Church and get involved, or to fix all of your problems and then serve Him. No, in-fact quite the opposite.
The Lord instructs us to cast our cares upon the Lord for He cares for us.
And as for us the greatest way to come to the Lord is in our imperfections then we can be made perfect in Christ. The disciples came from imperfect lives and when they came to know Christ, they were transformed from glory to glory. Matthew the tax collector, Paul who was previously named Saul martyred Christians. Without these disciples the Church would not have been established.
So, what are you waiting for? You might say well you don’t know where I have come from? Or you might say well you don’t know what I have done?
As a follower of Christ I am only concerned about where you are going!
New Year, New Beginnings
No more excuses, where you go your family will follow.
Where you plant, you will receive a harvest.
When you give it will be given to you. Luke 6:36
So, you start and watch God move in your behalf.
